Intensive
Outpatient Program
Maximum
Treatment with Minimum Disruption to
a Patient’s Life
ARRNO’s
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
is designed for those seeking
treatment for the first time or
those who have not yet reached the
point where the consequences of
their addiction interfere with the
ability to remain employed or
maintain personal relationships with
family and friends.
Intensive Outpatient sessions are at
night, allowing the patient to live
an otherwise normal life while
receiving treatment for his or her
addiction. This also allows for a
maximum amount of privacy and
confidentiality for the patient.

Program Content: Intensive
Outpatient treatment is a six-week
program, with members of the
client’s primary support system
encouraged to participate. This
gives the individual and the family
the opportunity to heal together.
Thirty
sessions – three hours in length,
five nights a week – include:
-
Chemical dependency education
-
Individual counseling
-
Group counseling
-
Experiential/expressive therapy
-
Multi-family group therapy
-
Introduction into 12-Step
recovery
-
Integration into the recovering
community
-
Relapse prevention training
Upon
completion of the Intensive
Outpatient Program, patients are
encouraged to continue treatment in
our Continuing Care program.
